The company, with its official registered business name as Bermudez Software Development Services, was established in November 2020 during the time Philippines was feeling the effect of the pandemic and struggling to revive the economy. The company bravely face what lies ahead believing that its products would help both the private and public sectors.

The company is headed by an experienced IT Project Manager since 2010 and a Senior Web Developer since 2004. He has an extensive IT background on e-commerce, mobile banking, AgriTech, human resources, and other complex information systems. He also worked abroad to further expand and share his knowledge. The company participated with DOST as part of their Innovation for Filipinos Working Distantly from the Philippines (ifWDPH) Program in establishing the business.
